Autor polazi od činjenice da je prvi intervju funkcija teorijskog modela koji terapeut zastupa. Prikazuje na primjeru, sistemskom modeli, konzekventno sprovedenu metodologiju vođenja prvog intervjua. Terapijski tim se priključuje i prilagođava obitelji, potiče je da kroz interakcije s njim i međusobno pruži, verbalno i neverbalno, relevantne informacije o interpersonalnoj zbilji obitelji (kvaliteti interpersonalnih odnosa, komunikacije i adaptacije), koje terapijski tim strukturira u hipotezu o kvaliteti tog interpersonalnog obiteljskog realiteta. Hipoteza je ishodište za postavljanje terapijskih ciljeva. Specifični psihosocijalni prostor u kojem se odvija tako oblikovan intervju, predstavlja proširena terapijska zajednica u stacionaru.Video - supervizija uz grupu supervizora se pokazala kao pogodan komplementarni medij koji pomaže terapijskom timu da izbjegne zamke manipulacije od stran e obiteljskog sistema i postavi objektivniju hipotezu i terapijske ciljeve. |
The author starts from the fact that the first interview is the function of the theoretical model which the therapist represents. Following the systemic model, he shows the methodology of the course of the first interview. The therapeutic team joins the family and adapts to it. It encourages the family to give relevant information on the interpersonal reality of the family (the quality of interpersonal relationships, communication and adaptation) through interactions with it and mutually, in a verbal or non-verbal way. The therapeutic team makes the hypothesis about the interpersonal family reality on the basis on information obtained. The hypothesis is the starting point for determining the therapeutic aims. The specific psychosocial space is the widened therapeutic community in the inpatient unit. Video supervision together with the group of supervisors is an adequate complementary medium which helps the therapeutic team to avoid the manipulation traps of the family system and evolve a more objective hypothesis and therapeutic aims. |
