| U ovom radu autori žele osvijetliti jedan od, po njihovom mišljenju, zapostavljenih aspekata demokracije i demokratičnosti. Konzultirajući relevantnu sociološku, politološku i komunikološku literaturu, te dodajući svoja tumačenja i zaključivanja, pokazuju da je demokracija, uz sve ostalo, ponajprije komunikacijski fenomen. U radu se najprije donosi nekoliko sociološko - politoloških definicija demokracije. Potom se razrađuju karakteristike kvalitetne interpersonalne komunikacije. Nakon toga slijedi pokušaj da se sintetički prožmu, prema shvaćanju autora, ova dva različita aspekta jednog jedinstvenog ljudskog iskustva. Na kraju još jednom ističu da su kvalitetna interpersonalna komunikacija i demokratsko ponašanje neraskidivo povezani i da nedostatak jednoga bezuslovno znači nepostojanje drugog. | In this paper authors intend to enlighten one of, by their opinion, neglected aspects of democracy. They address to relevant sociologic, politologic and communicological literature and add their thinking. They point out that democracy, among all other aspects, is a communicational phenomena. At the beginning of the article some sociological and politological definitions of democracy are brought. After that characteristics of good interpersonal communications are illustrated. This is followed by an attempt to synthesize, in authors' opinion, these two different aspects of one and the same human experience. Finally, they once again point out that good interpersonal communications and democratic behavior are associated tightly and unseparatedly, and that the lack of the one unconditionally means the absence of the other. |
